Winner of the Tacoma Youth Symphony Concerto Competition and Soloist with the Tacoma Youth Symphony Orchestra. Winner of the MTNA northwest young artist competition, finalist in Toronto competition.
Kristen Monk: 1st alternate in the Commencement Bay WMEA Solo and Ensemble Competition.
Oscar Thorp: 2nd Alternate, in the Commencement Bay WMEA Solo and Ensemble Competition.
Former student, Adam Morrell, graduates from Central Washington University with a degree in music education and accets position at Stewart Middle School in Tacoma.
